If the goods you receive are confirmed by both parties to have quality issues (such as non-compliant materials, process defects, structural errors, etc.) due to our production process, we will strictly fulfill the contract terms.

The processing procedure is usually as follows: Please provide feedback on the issue and relevant proof (such as pictures or videos) within the agreed time after receiving the goods. We will quickly verify the cause. If it is indeed our production responsibility, we will arrange for you to resume production or replenish goods in accordance with the specific terms of the order agreement.
