What are the requirements for the design documents?

To ensure that the printed products achieve the expected effect, we usually have the following suggestions for the design documents

①Color and precision: It is recommended to use the CMYK color mode for design to avoid color differences between the screen display (RGB) and the printed product. At the same time, it is recommended to set the image resolution at around 300 DPI, which helps ensure the clarity of the printed image.

②Bleed and safety margin: When designing, it is recommended to reserve a bleed margin of 3mm, that is, to extend important patterns and background colors 3mm outward from the cutting line to avoid possible white edges during the cutting of the finished product. At the same time, it is recommended to place the key text and elements within a safe area of 3mm from the cutting line.

③File format: We recommend providing editable vector source files, such as AI or PDF format. This can ensure that the text and graphics remain clear when adjusted.

④Text processing: To ensure the accuracy of the printed text, it is recommended that when providing the source file, you create an outline (curl) for the text content or provide the font file at the same time. This can prevent text misalignment or replacement caused by the lack of corresponding fonts in our system.
