2. Internal fixation: Use partitions and edge protectors

①Partition: Inside the carton, we use corrugated partitions to separate the stacked finished product packaging boxes. This can effectively prevent goods from rubbing and colliding with each other due to jolts during transportation and avoid surface scratches.

②Edge protectors: For the corners of the packaging box, we specially use paper or foam edge protectors for reinforcement and protection. The corners are the parts that are most prone to damage in a collision. Edge protectors can absorb the impact force and prevent the corners from being crushed and deformed.

3. Filling and sealing the box

All the gaps will be filled with filling materials (such as air bags or shredded paper) to ensure there is no shaking space inside the box. Finally, the outer box will be sealed in an I-shaped pattern with strong tape to ensure full sealing throughout.=
