2. Process Control: Confirmation and inspection in production. This includes:

①First piece confirmation: Before mass production, the first batch of physical samples will be made. The quality inspection department will jointly confirm all details such as color, process, and structure with you. Only after signing and sealing the samples can mass production proceed.

②Process inspection: In each process link such as printing, die-cutting, pasting and assembly, set process standards and conduct random inspections to ensure the stability and consistency of the production process.

3. Final Control: Comprehensive inspection before shipment. All finished products are subject to full inspection or high-proportion random inspection in accordance with the sample sealing standards and order requirements. The inspection items include appearance, size, function, cleanliness and packaging compliance.

In addition, we maintain transparent quality communication and fully support you in coming to the factory for inspection at key nodes, or entrusting a third-party inspection agency recognized by both parties to conduct independent inspection, to jointly ensure that the shipped products meet the agreed standards.
