What is a typical production cycle like?

For most standard orders, the typical production cycle from confirming all production details to the shipment of finished products is approximately 15 to 20 working days.

The actual cycle will be flexible depending on the following key factors:

①Order quantity: The larger the quantity, the longer the absolute time required for raw material preparation, printing machine scheduling, and subsequent processes (such as die-cutting, pasting, and assembly).

②Complexity: The structural complexity of the packaging box (such as irregular-shaped boxes, multi-layer drawer boxes), the number of processes adopted (such as hot stamping, UV coating, embossing and other multiple procedures), and the types of decorative materials will all significantly affect the operation and quality inspection time of each link.

③Production schedule: The overall production saturation of the factory is dynamically changing. During peak seasons or periods when orders are concentrated, production resources may be relatively tight and the cycle will be adjusted accordingly.
