This custom knife packaging box was designed for a customer who needed one packaging solution for multiple knife sizes. At the beginning of the project, the customer was unsure how to plan the inner structure because the knives had different lengths and shapes.
To solve this problem, our packaging team designed a tearable foam insert. The foam can be adjusted by hand according to the size of each knife or tool, making the packaging more flexible and practical.
